Production activity usually starts either from a customer-provided project or from a sample
of the ordered good. In the latter case, drawings are realised through CAD system
and subsequently sent to production departments.
The different manufacturing stages are carried out in the following departments; Cutting, CNC Milling (4/5 axles), CNC Turning (4 axles), CNC Grinding (both round and flat), EDM (both die-sinking and wire-cut), CNC Punching, CNC Press-bending, Sheet metal Laser Cutting, Test and Quality Check.
Within the production cycle the highest premium is put on Quality Check, since D’Ambra Inc. considers quality a global aspect affecting all of the stages of production.

Logistics
Logistics is of primary importance to D’Ambra Inc. in all the stages of production,
from the work order to its execution.
A strict management of logistics aspects allows the company to rationalize means
and resources and to always comply with delivery times. Once tested, products are stored
and suitably packaged. The final stage entails delivering goods to customer’s location
by in-house means.
The company is endowed with expressely designed facilities for the storage of high-precision, delicate mechanical components. Highly confidential project documents and materials
are suitably safekept, in order to guarantee the preservation of trade secrets.
